TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATION

All tours offered by Viantours Travel are subject to the following conditions:

To make reservations with Viantours Travel, you must submit a reservation form and the applicable payment. By enrolling and paying, you acknowledge acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Reservation confirmation from Viantours Travel in writing is necessary for it to be considered effective and binding.

PRICE & PAYMENTS

Viantours Travel strives to provide precise quotes and detailed descriptions for all featured tours, hotels, and activities. However, We reserve the right to rectify any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and modify or update information at any time without liability or prior notice. Fares, rates for airline tickets, hotels, and other travel services and exchange rates may fluctuate regularly. Therefore, we recommend prompt decisions to secure quoted prices, as rates may be reviewed after the expiration of the quotation’s validity.

Payment Procedure:

Deposit:

Escorted tours: 20% of the total tour price (non-refundable deposit)

Independent packages: 20% of the total tour price (non-refundable deposit)

Payment of the deposit indicates acceptance of cancellation fees and other outlined terms.

Final balance payment:

 It is due 20 days before arrival or as per booked services.

*Failure to receive final payment may result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit.

Payments are to be made according to invoice and can be made by credit card or bank transfer. The sender must pay bank charges levied by the sending bank, relating to transfers to Viantours Travel. Your Viantours Travel specialist will send Payment Procedures.

Cancellation Conditions:

Any cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by Viantours Travel. The following fees apply:

After payment of deposit: 20% of the total tour price (Deposit)

Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price

Between 7 days and arrival departure: 100% of the total tour price

Any special policy or cancellation conditions of supplier services mentioned during the booking process overrule the above general policy (for example peak season deposits to secure a reservation)

Change/Cancellation due to Force Majeure: Events beyond Viantours’ control may necessitate changes or cancellations. In such cases, rebooking or future travel credit will be provided, valid for 12 months from the issue date. Travelers agree to pay for alternative services provided.

PASSPOER & VISA

Passports And Visas:

(i) Passports: Ensure your passport remains valid for at least 6 months after departure, and verify that your visas are in order before your departure. Viantours Travel cannot accept any responsibility should you be denied boarding or entry to Iran due to inadequate documentation.

(ii) Passport Details: If applicable, kindly provide us with your passport details for visa processing/permits at least 30 working days in advance.

(iii) Visas: Check visa regulations for your travel to Iran with your Viantours Travel specialist from the beginning of the booking process.

 

TOUR ITINERARY

Itinerary Changes

All itinerary change requests must be submitted in writing.

Note: No refunds for unused services if clients change tour packages while in the destination country.

General Information

Hotels: Accommodations are as specified in the itinerary or similar. Viantours Travel reserves the right to substitute hotels. Room requests are not guaranteed, and issues must be addressed with hotel management. Room assignments are at the hotel’s discretion.

Itinerary Variations: Viantours Travel may vary itineraries or substitute hotels for operational reasons, aiming to improve each itinerary.

Land Costs: Escorted Tours’ prices are based on a minimum of 20 participants. Independent Travel prices are based on availability and exchange rates. Rates are subject to increase due to currency fluctuation unless paid in full.

Meals: Full breakfasts are included at hotels, while lunches and/or dinners are specified in the itinerary. Special meal requests should be submitted in writing. Personal expenses are not included.

Service Inquiry: Complaints must be made directly to the relevant party. Claims must be submitted in writing to Viantours Travel within 14 days after completing services.

Special Requests: Submit special requests in writing at the time of registration. Requests are not guaranteed.

Transportation: As outlined in the itinerary.

Visits, Entertainment, Itineraries, and Features: Viantours Travel reserves the right to substitute visits, entertainment, and features due to closures, reasons beyond control, or for the convenience and safety of travelers.

Participation: Viantours Travel reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove any participant without a refund if their conduct poses a threat or safety concern. Travelers with disabilities must report special needs at registration.

Photography on Tour: Viantours Travel may use tour photographs for promotional purposes unless notified otherwise.

Pre-and Post-Trip Services: Additional services must be requested and confirmed in writing by Viantours Travel.

Service Charges, Tips & Taxes: Gratuities are at the tour member’s discretion.

Transfers: All transfers are arranged based on the itinerary.

DATA PROTECTION

Personal Data Protection:

We securely store all your personal information collected and do not share your data with third parties. We may occasionally contact you with products and services related to Viantours Travel. You may contact us anytime to access or amend your information or request not to receive further communication from us.

Responsibility

Viantours Travel, its employees, and associated companies are not responsible for damages, accidents, losses, delays, or expenses beyond their control. Travelers accept all risks and costs related to accidents, and illnesses, and adhere to public health requirements.

Acknowledgment

Payment of the deposit indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions. Travelers assume all risks and costs related to accidents or illnesses. Viantours Travel is released from illness, injury, quarantine, or death claims.

Liability Disclaimer:

Viantours Travel is not liable for any third-party suppliers’ acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence. We are also not liable for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from such acts. Viantours Travel is not liable in the event of any delay or default in your booked tour package caused by unforeseeable conditions beyond our control, however, we will ensure our best possible service to resolve such situations as they arise.
